The MSN is a graduate program for registered nurses who want to advance their knowledge and skills in nursing practice, leadership, education, research, and administration.

The MSN Program requires 34 units only.
The prescribed duration is approximately 2.5 years or five (5) semesters, depending on the student’s academic load and completion of all requirements.

Yes. The program offers an MSN Major in Nursing Administration.
Yes. CSAB’s MSN is thesis program which qualifies graduates to proceed to postgraduate or doctorate programs.
Yes. Students must pass the required Comprehensive Examination before graduation.
Yes. The curriculum includes an Intensive Leadership Practicum. Graduate students must also complete all academic requirements within five (5) years from their first enrollment, including approved leaves, breaks, or suspensions, subject to Graduate School policies.
No. The MSN Program follows a blended learning arrangement, combining online learning and scheduled on-site classes. This arrangement allows students
to complete part of their learning activities online while attending the on-site sessions.
At least 50% of the total contact learning hours are conducted on-site. The specific schedule may vary depending on the course, academic term, and arrangements between the faculty and students.
During the First and Second Semesters, classes are generally scheduled every Saturday. During the Midyear Term (June–July), classes may be scheduled on: Fridays and Saturdays; or Saturdays and Sundays. The Midyear Term is offered to students who wish to complete their academic requirements earlier, subject to course availability.
Students should expect at least six (6) hours per week, including scheduled classes and time for readings, assignments, research, and other academic activities.
Yes. The program is designed to accommodate working nurses. However, students must comply with the required class attendance, academic workload, practicum, research, and other program requirements.
Yes. You may begin the application process while you are outside the Philippines and participate in the online component of your classes. However, because the program is blended, you are expected to attend the required on-site classes in the Philippines according to the academic schedule.
The estimated tuition rate is ₱950 per unit. The estimated total assessment per semester is approximately ₱16,000–₱18,000, inclusive of applicable miscellaneous and other fees. Actual fees may vary depending on the number of units enrolled and other applicable charges.
Yes. The required down payment upon enrollment is ₱3,000. The remaining balance may be paid in two scheduled payments during the midterm and final assessment/examination periods. Students are encouraged to make regular monthly payments whenever possible. The Accounting Office accepts payments of any amount, subject to applicable payment policies.
Yes, subject to Graduate School policies. Upon returning, students will be subject to the curriculum, residency requirements, and academic policies in effect at the time of re-enrollment.

Yes. The CSAB MSN Program is duly approved by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through CEB Resolution No. 583-2026.
The CSAB Graduate School Student Handbook will be provided during the appropriate stage of the admission/enrollment process or during the General Orientation for Graduate Students.
