CSAB successfully conducted a three-day Strategic Roadmap Recalibration and Scanning and Risk Alignment of the Context of the Organization (COTO) Session, reinforcing its commitment to proactive planning, risk-informed decision-making, and institutional excellence.
The workshop was facilitated by the Institutional Planning and Development Office (IPDO) in partnership with the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) and actively participated in by members of the institution’s Risk Management Council, led by the friar administrators headed by School President Fr. Jose Rene C. Delariarte, OSA.
Over the three-day engagement, the Council engaged in intensive environmental scanning, risk assessment, and strategic recalibration exercises to review institutional priorities in light of emerging internal and external challenges. The discussions focused on identifying key risks, opportunities, and strategic actions to ensure that CSAB’s roadmap remains responsive, resilient, and aligned with quality assurance standards.
The activity affirms CSA-B’s steadfast commitment to continuous improvement, strategic agility, and sustainable institutional growth as it moves closer to its vision of becoming a university in the near future.
