A stronger research culture begins with a shared vision.
The Research and Publications Office of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation and Engagement, successfully conducted the Institutional Research Agenda Workshop: Formulation and Validation of the CSAB Research Agenda on July 17, 2026 at the CSAB Auditorium.
The workshop brought together academic leaders, research coordinators, faculty researchers, and student representatives to collaboratively formulate a research agenda that reflects the institution’s priorities, responds to national development goals, and addresses the needs of the community.
The program featured insightful presentations by Dr. Noeda M. Madamesila, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Engagement, on the CSAB Research Vision and Strategic Directions, and Roland S. Leonillo, Director of the Research and Publications Office, on Strategic Priorities, Research Clusters, and Alignment Frameworks.
Together, we continue to strengthen a culture of excellence in research, innovation, and meaningful community engagement – creating knowledge that inspires transformation and serves the common good.
