Fresh from receiving the Award of Excellence in Internationalization from the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office–Negros Island Region (CHEDRO-NIR), CSAB continues to expand its global footprint through a strategic partnership visit to National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Taiwan.
Leading the delegation was School President Fr. Jose Rene Delariarte, OSA, accompanied by academic administrators and representatives committed to advancing the institution’s internationalization agenda.
Building upon the Memorandum of Understanding established in 2023 between the Pharmacy Programs of CSAB and NCKU, discussions focused on expanding cooperation in academic programs, research initiatives, faculty development, student mobility, and other internationalization efforts that will benefit both institutions.
The visit comes at a time when CSAB’s internationalization initiatives have gained regional recognition. Recently, CHEDRO-NIR conferred upon the College the Award of Excellence in Internationalization, acknowledging its strong global partnerships, collaborative networks, and sustained efforts to provide international opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. The exploratory meetings also opened possibilities for future joint projects and programs that will further enrich the educational experiences of Augustinian learners and educators while strengthening CSAB’s presence in the international academic community.
Through meaningful international partnerships, CSAB remains steadfast in its mission of fostering excellence, innovation, and global citizenship—one collaboration at a time.
