Another board exam triumph adds to Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod’s growing record of licensure excellence as its Mechanical Engineering graduates deliver a strong performance in the August 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE).
CSAB posted a 60.00% passing rate among its first-time takers, significantly surpassing the 36.95% national passing rate. Its overall passing rate of 50.00% likewise remained well above the national figure.
Adding further distinction to the achievement, CSAB emerged as the best-performing private higher education institution in Negros Occidental offering the BS in Mechanical Engineering program in the August 2026 MELE. This board exam result reinforces the institution’s consistent record of outstanding performance in professional licensure examinations and its commitment to producing competent, industry-ready professionals.
