Living the Augustinian Way: CSAB Religious Community Launches Augustinian Formation Series

Amid the stream of awards, accolades, and recognitions that have marked a remarkable year for the academic community, CSA-B has launched a series of talks and formation activities for students and personnel aimed at deepening the community’s understanding and appreciation of Augustinian culture, pedagogy, and values.

Commencing this Advent Season, the sessions will extend into the coming year, fostering a strengthened collective Augustinian identity rooted in the school’s core values, inspired by the teachings of its patron, St. Augustine.

Spearheaded by Rev. Fr. Wilson A. Capellan, OSA, Vice President for Finance and Administration and Local Prior of the school’s Religious Community, the series covers a reorientation of Augustinian culture and identity, a declaration of commitment to the institution’s mission, engaging discussions on Augustinian pedagogy, and an orientation of the core values that shape the school’s enduring legacy.

Through these ongoing Augustinian formation sessions, CSA-B reaffirms its commitment to nurturing an educative community that not only excels in academics but also exemplifies Augustinian ideals in the holistic education and formation of its stakeholders, staying true to its cherished credo, Virtus et Scientia.
