Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod (CSA-B) proudly announces its successful compliance with the requirements of the ISO 21001:2018 standard, following a multi-site Certification Audit held from September 2 to 5, 2024, at both the main and Villa San Agustin campuses.
Also known as the Stage 2 Audit, this event is the last stage prior to the issuance of certification, marking a major milestone in the institution’s pursuit of excellence and further demonstrating the institution’s compliance with international standards of quality. The institution had previously successfully completed its Stage 1 Documentation Audit last May 30, 2024.
ISO 21001:2018 is a globally recognized management system standard specifically designed for educational organizations. It establishes a framework that helps educational institutions deliver high-quality education, meeting the needs of learners and other beneficiaries
The Certification Audit was conducted by a team from the certifying body, TÜV SÜD, composed of its Lead Auditor Mr. Len Marc Tagud, Auditors Mr. Erwin Quinto and Mr. Jaypee Bathan, and Technical Experts Ms. Rhea Tolentino and Ms. Geraldine Pasaba. Different members of the Augustinian community actively participated in the activity, including the members of the top management, unit heads, and institutional process owners
This marks a historic milestone for the educational institution and reaffirms the school’s unwavering commitment to quality Augustinian education.
