CSA-B is reinforcing its position as a trailblazer in nursing education in Bacolod City through a recent collaborative benchmarking activity with Cebu Doctors’ University (CDU). This initiative is part of the institution’s dedication to maintaining high academic standards and integrating best practices that enhance student outcomes in the nursing field.
As the first nursing program in the city to achieve Level III accreditation from PAASCU and the only local nursing school affiliated with the US-based National League for Nursing, CSA-B remains committed to continuous advancement.
The benchmarking visit, led by Dr. Reyma Magbanua, Dean of the College of Health and Allied Professions, included Dr. Jo Ann Flores, Program Head, faculty members and the council of chairs from the nursing program. Dr. Rommel Merioles, Dean of CDU’s College of Nursing, welcomed the team and facilitated a productive exchange of insights and practices aimed at further enhancing CSA-B’s curriculum and student success.
