CSA-B Claims First Runner-Up at “Sayawit Para Sa Kalikasan” Competition

CSAB’s College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) proudly claimed first runner-up honors at the 20th Provincial Wildlife Month’s “Sayawit Para sa Kalikasan,” an annual event celebrating environmental awareness and cultural heritage. This year’s competition brought together participants from over ten schools across the province, with the Provincial Environment Management Office and DENR PENRO Negros Occidental as organizers and sponsors.

CSAB’s performance, brought to life by a talented group of education and culture and arts education students — Sweet Avryl Berte, Dallen Cantero, Joey Delos Santos (who also composed the original song), Eleana Lavaro, Maria Jenahra Magbanua, Delfrun Morancil, Manuel Morales, Marari Ticar, Tina Petalino, Yzabelle Baylar, and Francine Pacino — captivated both the audience and judges. The team’s routine, choreographed by PE instructor Mr. Mark Joseph Macasa, earned them the runner up spot among the other competing schools.

The school’s participation in the said provincial event reflects its commitment to environmental conservation and advocacy through the performing arts.

CONGRATULATIONS AND SOAR HIGHER, FELLOW AUGUSTINIANS!
