The College of Engineering of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod is committed to produce well-rounded and globally competitive Engineers with high ethical and moral values, anchored on the Augustinian motto, “Virtus et Scientia”.

GRADUATES OF THE COLLEGE WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Systematically apply fundamental scientific and mathematical principles, analyse and solve technical problems of importance to society and approach problem solving in a creative and innovative way;
- Use appropriate human and financial management skills, tools, and experimental technique as well as effective oral, written, and visual communication skills to work productively to design engineering systems;
- Seek professional registration, engage in lifelong learning, and pursue professional development;
- Possess critical awareness of the social, ethical, economic and environmental consciousness of engineering solutions;
- Adopt and apply the latest tools and technology in finding the solutions to engineering problems, and
- Be a catalyst in nation building through relevant research, industrial experience and understanding of the structure and organization of industry.
