The Aquila Publication’s Newsletter was hailed 1st Place in Best Editorial Page during the awarding ceremony of the 11th SanAg Campus Press Awards held by the University of the San Agustin (USA) Publications last Saturday, March 2, at the Smallville 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.
The award was part of the school paper competition held alongside the #KwentoNiGusting Student Documentary Competition following the 5th Regional Journalism Quiz Bee held on March 1, featuring entries from 20 participating student publications across Western Visayas as part of USA’s 95th year of establishment celebrations.
Consequently, the Editorial Board of The Aquila Publication expresses its gratitude to the staff of The Aquila Newsletter and to the USA Publications for the honor of receiving this prestigious award.
