In a significant move toward securing its future and fostering sustainability, CSA-B is set to launch its 15-Year Development Plan. As the initial step in this visionary journey, the School crafted a comprehensive 5-Year Strategic Plan, establishing a strong foundation to guide its long-term growth.
The New CSA-B Strategic Plan will cover the Academic Years (AY) 2025 to 2030, serving as a transformative roadmap to shape the School’s growth and sustainability.
The crafting of the Strategic Plan involves identifying and aligning the School’s goals with its envisioned strategic position for the next five years. This ensures that all initiatives are firmly rooted in CSA-B’s Mission and Vision, focusing on purpose-driven development and meaningful impact.
The Strategic Planning session, held on April 7-8, 2025 at the Roy’s Hotel and Convention Center, Bacolod City, was facilitated by the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA)—a non-partisan and non-profit governance reform organization. The event was actively participated in by the friar-administrators, management council, consultants and selected representatives from support offices.
ISA introduced its renowned tool, the Performance Governance System (PGS), to guide CSA-B in designing and executing roadmaps for long-term reform. The PGS is a holistic and collaborative framework that incorporates global best practices in strategy management.
With this initiative, CSA-B takes a decisive step toward realizing its long-term vision while staying true to its core values and commitment to excellence.
