On November 14, 2024, the Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod (CSA-B) Family Welfare Program (FWP) Committee, in collaboration with the Faculty and Employees Association of San Agustin (FEASA), hosted an event designed to foster camaraderie and promote the social well-being of the employees. The event, which featured exciting competitions such as the Sayawit (dance and song), vocal duet, and Banchetto (feast), was an opportunity for employees to come together in celebration.
Employees were divided into four vibrant teams, each representing one of the Augustinian houses:
House of Adeodatus (yellow)
House of Possidius (blue)
House of Ambrose (red)
House of Alypius (green)
The winners for:
Sayawit – House of Ambrose
Vocal Duet – House of Possidius
Banchetto – House of Possidius
The friendly competition, coupled with the spirit of festivity, allowed school employees to step outside their usual work environment and engage in meaningful and enjoyable activities. Reflecting the core values of the Augustinian tradition, the theme of the event was “Isang Puso sa Sayaw at Awit: Pagdiriwang ng Pagtanggap sa Isa’t-Isa Patungo sa Pagkakaisa” This theme emphasized the significance of working together as one community, fostering a deeper sense of belonging and connection among the school employees.
Through these events, the CSA -B Family Welfare Program aims to promote holistic well-being by nurturing social bonds and encouraging employees to interact and collaborate in an inclusive, relaxed, and supportive setting. By doing so, CSA-B continues to build a workplace culture that values both individual growth and collective unity.
