CSA-B Conducts ISO 21001:2018 Management Review

The members of the Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod top management once again gathered for its regular management review for AY 2024 – 2025 on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the 4th Floor of the Student Center. The School President, Rev. Fr. Jose Rene C. Delariarte, OSA, called the meeting to order.

The discussion was facilitated by Mr. Karl Laurenz G. Diamante, Quality Operations Management Officer, who presented the recent achievements of the school as well as identified opportunities for improvement. The activity was further enhanced by the inputs and insights given by the different unit heads and process owners.

In attendance during the review were the school’s religious and lay administrators as well as invited representatives who stood on behalf of the various units under the Office of the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Finance and Administration, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Vice President for Augustinian Formation, Religious Affairs and Mission.

A management review is a structured, periodic evaluation that aims to assess the effectiveness and alignment of an organization’s management system with its objectives. The regular conduct of management reviews is required by ISO 21001:2018, which is the international standard for educational organization management systems.

This mechanism aims to help the school better address relevant issues and concerns in a systematic and collaborative manner, thus reaffirming the school’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
