CSAB’s Tourism and Hospitality Management students achieved remarkable success at the recently concluded 8th Sabor Bisaya and the 2nd Maskanamit Culinary Showdown, competing against over 300 participants from various colleges and universities. CSA-B proudly brought home multiple awards, showcasing the talent and dedication of its students.
Aurilyn Mae Suarez earned a Gold Medal in Coffee Concoctions, while Joshua Orquia secured a Silver Medal in Mocktails. Renan Gensaya also won a Silver Medal in Baby Cake Decorating for his exquisite cake designs. In the Vegetable Kitchen category, Johanna Tinggoy and Lovely Bolima claimed a Bronze Medal, while the team of Krista Alba, Aizel Gargalicano, and Abegail Cordero achieved a Bronze Medal in Events Planning, demonstrating their effective planning and organizational skills.
These accomplishments were made possible through the guidance of dedicated coaches: Mr. Jeffrey Tingoy, Ms. Christine May Bantiling, and Ms. Ren Ann dela Cruz, under the leadership of Ms. Belinda Berbenzana, CSA-B’s Tourism and Hospitality Management Program Head.
