The CHED Monitoring Team conducted an interesting visit to the CSA-B Indigenous Peoples Museum on September 16, 2024, as part of their onsite monitoring and evaluation of the Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) projects. This visit provided an incredible chance to learn about creative programs focused on preserving and promoting Indigenous cultures.
During the tour, the team engaged with the museum curator to obtain a better understanding of how these institutions use grant funding to promote educational programs and community participation. The evaluation process underscored the importance of these projects in promoting institutional development and ensuring that cultural heritage is not only preserved but also appreciated by future generations. This comprehensive evaluation will help to refine strategies for increasing the effect of IDIG initiatives across a variety of educational and cultural contexts.
